This policy explains what personal information we collect through kabrani.com, why we collect it, who can access it and how you can exercise your rights under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

What we collect

  • Booking and contact requests: your first and last name, email, phone number, vehicle, the service you're interested in and your message.
  • Assistant Kabrani (AI chat): the questions you type and the answers given. Please don't enter personal information in the chat; phone numbers and email addresses are automatically masked in the copies we keep.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website, protect it against abuse and limit excessive use of the chat.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or browser storage on this website.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions, prepare a quote, confirm and carry out your appointment.
  • To answer questions about our services through Assistant Kabrani and improve the accuracy of its answers.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We only send promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

About Assistant Kabrani

Assistant Kabrani is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It only answers general questions about our services, prices and booking, using information published on this website. It cannot book appointments, make decisions about you or change prices. Final prices and details are always confirmed by our team. You can always reach a person at (438) 402-6859.

Who can access your information

Only the owners of Kabrani who need it to serve you. We do not sell or rent personal information. We use the following service providers, which may process information outside Quebec (mainly in the United States):

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): website hosting, booking form and storage of chat records.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States): artificial intelligence that generates Assistant Kabrani's answers. Chat content is sent to it only to produce the answer.
  • Our email provider: to receive and reply to your messages.

Before entrusting information to a provider outside Quebec, we assess the privacy risks and rely on written agreements requiring the provider to protect the information and use it only to provide its service.

How long we keep it

  • Assistant Kabrani chat records: up to 30 days, then deleted.
  • Booking and contact requests: as long as needed to serve you, then deleted within 24 months of our last interaction, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, accounting records).

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people who need it, accounts are protected by passwords, the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payment information is never collected through this website.

Your rights

You can ask to access your personal information, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted when it is no longer needed. Contact Brandon Gage at contact@kabrani.com. We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Confidentiality incidents

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and keep a register of incidents, as required by law.
